2. What technical drawings do you provide, and what about your design team?
We offer three-view drawings, 3D renderings, blueprints, plus foundation, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, installation and furniture drawings. Our design team provides full engineering solutions based on your drawings or needs.
3. How long will it take for me to receive the goods?
Container houses take 18-30 days. Regular models can be produced within 25-30 days, and custom models take no longer than 45 days.
4. What's Included and Excluded in the Product?
Included: Complete water and electrical systems, drainage system, and fixed installations such as the toilet and washbasin. A balcony is available as an optional add-on.
Excluded: Bed, curtains, projector, smart voice system, custom-colored glass, and consumables or accessories such as disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and towels.
Optional Add-ons: All excluded items listed above—including the balcony—are available as optional add-ons at an additional cost.

7. Do you offer installation services?
Our products come ready-made—just arrange local crane service plus the water and electricity connections. Our team will guide you remotely via standard product drawings and basic utilities, helping complete water and electricity tests.
