Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Welcome to visit our facility. You can fly to the nearest airport, and we will pick you up. Hotel booking services are also available for your convenience.
Do you supply installation services?
Yes, we do. Our workers and engineers can be sent to the construction site to assist with the installation. The daily salary, accommodation, flight, and food fees will be covered by the buyer.
How long can the space frame structure be used?
The lifespan of the main structure matches the designed usage life, which is typically 50-100 years under standard specifications.
How long is the service life of the roof cover?
The service life of the PE coating is usually 10-25 years. The lifespan of the roof day-lighting panels is shorter, generally around 8-15 years.
What anti-rust treatments are available for the steel structure?
We offer several anti-rust treatments, including: Normal anti-rust paint, anti-rust paint with epoxy zinc primer, hot-dip galvanization, hot-dip galvanization + PU finish, powder coating, and stainless steel structures (No. 301/304/316).
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Delivery time depends on the specific order quantities. Generally, the delivery timeframe is 30 days after the receipt of the deposit.
